A living wage offers significant benefits for workers, businesses, and communities by ensuring workers can afford basic necessities, boosting economic growth, and promoting social well-being. It also has a positive impact on employee morale and retention, leading to a more productive and engaged workforce.

Benefits for Workers:

  • Financial Security:

A living wage enables workers to afford housing, food, healthcare, and other essential needs, reducing financial stress and improving overall well-being.
